Krzysztof Hołowczyc took part in Rally Poland, the great motorsport event, for the 24th time. The three-time winner of the event, with Maciej Wisławski as his co-driver, drove in the zero car, performing the final safety check of ORLEN 74th Rally Poland’s special stages.
The famous Mazurian rally has not failed supporters once again and was a real thriller. The lead in the rally changed as many as ten times and finally Thierry Neuville from Belgium claimed a hard-fought fifth win of his career. The event concluded on Sunday proved to be a real feast for motorsport fans. Living legends, “Hołek” and “Wiślak”, helped the organizers of the rally to ensure safety on all special stages.
Roads of the 74th ORLEN Rally Poland provided an excellent testing ground for the Breck brand: – During the rally we also tested brakes. We tried various brake pad combinations and they all did a great job at high speeds, and we reached even 190 kph. All of the time they provided high braking stability, which was paramount to us. I can safely confirm that Breck pads are ready for motorsport. Our work here also focused on their further development. And such a difficult rally, during which you have to brake until the very end, is the hardest test, which confirmed that these pads perform well in harsh real-life conditions – sums up Krzysztof Hołowczyc aka “Hołek”.
